This recipe came out great! I added one small chopped yellow onion and a package of mixed fresh gourmet mushrooms (sautéed) to this meatless crumble mix. Most pasta sauces (if not a cream-based – like Vodka or Alfredo) are vegan. And this particular pasta was wonderful.
